Three ways to charge
Set it when you create the community, change it whenever. Price changes apply to new members — existing ones keep the rate they signed up at.
- Free, to build an audience before you monetise
- Subscription, monthly with an optional yearly plan at 10× the monthly price
- One-time, for permanent access with no recurring charge
Invoices that chase themselves
Every billing period issues a real invoice. Card members are charged automatically; QPay members get the invoice and pay it.
- Due within 7 days of being issued
- Reminders go out on days 1, 3 and 5 if it's still unpaid
- Members see their full invoice and payment history in their account
Non-payment, handled without you
If the 7 days pass unpaid, access is suspended automatically. Paying the outstanding invoice restores it just as automatically.
- Suspension is automatic — you don't have to police it
- Members cure it themselves by settling the invoice
- Cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period, with no early cut-off
