Payouts

Your money reaches your bank account.

Stripe pays global creators directly on their own schedule. Mongolian creators request a payout and Berrytap transfers it — both after a short hold.

The Wallet Balance tab: available to withdraw against on hold, a monthly earnings chart, and a breakdown from gross earnings down through the platform fee, hold and payouts to the available figure.

Where your earnings go

Two payout models, one clear balance — and no gross figure that quietly shrinks later.

The Wallet Balances tab showing what was collected for one community, where the money came from, and every payment listed by payer, method and date.

A balance that shows its working

Gross, minus the platform fee, minus what's still on hold and already paid out. The number left is the number you can withdraw.

  • The platform fee is taken at the time of each payment, never deducted later
  • 5% on Growth, 0% on Scale, 10% on Free
  • Each community has its own wallet — balances are never pooled

A 7-day hold, then it's yours

New earnings are held for seven days to cover disputes and chargebacks, then move to available on their own. Nothing for you to do.

  • Held earnings become available automatically after 7 days
  • Available balance is what you can request right now
  • Every movement is listed, so you can see exactly when a batch clears

Requested, or fully automatic

Outside Mongolia, Stripe pays you directly on the schedule you set with them. In Mongolia, you request a payout and Berrytap transfers it to your bank.

  • Global: connect a Stripe Express account and get paid on your own schedule
  • Mongolia: request from your available balance, confirmed with a 2FA code
  • Payout history shows each request as Requested, then Paid
