Members & roles

Know exactly who's in, and who's paid.

One list showing every member, when they joined, and where their billing stands — with the controls to act on it in the same place.

The creator's Members page for Pixel Lab: a search field, a status filter, and a table of members with avatar, handle, email, status and join date, one row marked Past due.

Membership, under your control

Search it, filter it, and act on it without leaving the page.

The Members tab of a community, with a search field and a grid of member cards showing each person's avatar, handle, level badge and bio.

The whole roster in one view

Name, join date, billing status and email for every member — searchable, and filterable by status when you need to find a specific group.

  • Search by name, or filter to just the members who are past due
  • Join date and current billing state on every row
  • Email address on hand for reaching someone directly

Billing status that explains itself

Four states, and each one tells you whether that member can still get in — no cross-referencing an invoice to find out.

  • Active and past due both keep access; past due is the grace period while payment retries
  • Suspended means the grace period lapsed and access was removed automatically
  • A suspended member restores their own access by settling the invoice

The creator's Members table, where only the creator can see each member's email, status and the View action.

Two roles, and no ambiguity

There's you, and there are members. No co-admin tier to configure, and no permission matrix to get wrong.

  • One creator per community, holding every moderation power
  • Members post, comment, react, RSVP and take the courses they're eligible for
  • Cancel a subscription to let access run out, or remove a member immediately
